Location: Szczecin

Your responsibilities:

  • resolving problems with our games reported through the player support center, support for the players, responding to their messages through social network, e-mails and chat,

  • gathering players' opinions and supporting the developers during making improvements to the games based on the aforementioned opinions,

  • monitoring and moderating previously mentioned communication platforms.

Our requirements:

  • well-developed ability to communicate,

  • computer handling proficiency and general knowledge of teleinformatic systems' usage,

  • excellent german language knowledge in both speaking and writing,

  • decent english language knowledge in both speaking and writing,

  • excellent knowledge of social networking and netiquette,

  • empathy and the ability to self-identify with players' problems,

  • creative thinking and problem solving,

  • dedication to bring the players the best support possible,

  • passion for video games and knowledge of the mobile and social casino game market,

  • independence.

  • experience in working at a similiar position or at customer service, practical experience with Zendesk customer support tool,

  • knowledge of mobile operating systems, iOS and Android.
