Director of Player Services
Location: Tel Aviv, Szczecin
hire and mentor a large team of customer support managers in charge of direct communication with players,
build effective communication and escalation processes for inbound stakeholders such as product and marketing teams,
create an effective communication strategy for your team, define goals, monitoring tools and measurement models,
be aware of live content in the game and its impact on the Customer Support team
bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,
english at mother tongue level,
2+ years experience managing large customer service teams providing service to EN speaking customers (preferably in the gaming field),
great communication skills and strong attention to details,
experience working with customer service tools such as HelpShift,
ability to work in a dynamic environment and operate well under pressure,
experience working with remote teams is an advantage.
