CRM & LiveOps Manager
Location: Tel Aviv
plan and lead our in-game promotions and events in order to leverage games performance and monetization,
define supporting metrics & working processes that will help us achieve better monitoring and revenues management capabilities,
lead and mentor the operations and creative teams. Support their personal development and help define and build practices & tools that maximize their work efficiency,
collaborate with the product, development, business analytics, game economy and player services departments to achieve KPI goals.
2+ years professional experience in marketing & CRM, preferably in the online gaming or gambling space,
deep knowledge and understanding of user behavior, game economy and monetization strategies,
high execution ability and operational approach,
creative thinking and ability to provide guidance to graphic designers and copywriters, as well as a sharp eye for detail,
strong analytical capabilities and ability to make data-driven decisions,
fluent English - both written and verbal. Native speaker - a plus,
Avid casino player - a plus.
