Office Manager/Executive Assistant
Location: Bydgoszcz

Your responsibilities:

  • office and company apartment management,

  • managing front office team,

  • order and receive office supplies (equipment, stationery, groceries etc.),

  • manage and maintain executives' schedules and travel arrangements,

  • day to day assistance to the executive team,

  • manage business travel arrangements and settlements,

  • arrange and coordinate meetings and events,

  • monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications,

  • liaise with internal staff at all levels,

  • interact with external clients,

  • handle day to day office operations,

  • inventory of fixed assets.

Our requirements:

  • at least 2 years experience as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant or similar administrative role,

  • very strong English,

  • ability to work independently,

  • analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skill,

  • at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent,

  • very good manners, able to communicate with employees at all levels,

  • efficient, well organized and keen on maintaining the best possible time management,

  • can do attitude, open-minded, friendly,

  • excellent MS Office knowledge,

  • discretion and confidentiality,

  • category B driver's license.
