Office Manager & Personal Assistant
Location: Tel Aviv
serve as the point person for office manager duties including: Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, Bills Payment, Errands, Shopping, etc.,
manage calendar for the COO, scheduling meetings, and booking appointments,
preparing all logistics, materials and producing all administrative arrangements for the meetings,
ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time, Provide general support to visitors,
address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. Hardware and logistic).
strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment,
excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work,
producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations,
attention to details and problem solving skills,
excellent interpersonal skills,
excellent written and verbal communication skills both Hebrew and English,
proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
