Location: Tel Aviv
providing HR administrative support for the Tel Aviv office,
creating and communicating HR procedures and policies for the office,
supporting recruitment activities including posting employment ads, searching for candidates, scheduling and conducting onsite and phone interviews,
preparing offers and contracts for selected candidates,
maintaining employee documents and support payroll processing,
coordinate employee training and creation of development plans for the employees (depending on business needs),
coordinate employee evaluation process,
developing and coordinating the onboarding process at the Tel Aviv office,
coordinate employee benefit programs,
support with office administrative duties when required.
university degree in Social Studies/ HR,
very good knowledge of Israeli labour law regulations, as well as social insurance, personnel and payroll documentation policies,
minimum 2 years of experience in similar position, that included technical recruitment and hr administration,
very good written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English),
great organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
