QA Manager
Location: Szczecin

Your responsibilities: 

  • review QA processes to design/adapt, strategize, implement and improve product’s quality standards,

  • lead in setting up QA Automation process and tools,

  • set up various matrices so to evaluate and review QA process and tools; and improve based on the results,

  • mentor, motivate and lead Quality team members,

  • aligning with key stake holders to incorporate product strategy and vision in Quality department,

  • support stake holders in implementing new process across the studio.

Our requirements: 

  • vast experience in implementation of QA automation processes,

  • experience leading large QA teams,

  • in depth knowledge on QA reporting and automation tools (Such as JIRA, TestFlo/TestRail, Appium, Selenium),

  • should have QA experience in just not shipping new products and features but also supporting them when it goes live,

  • have a good understanding of production process (Agile, waterfall),

  • basic knowledge of Java/Python/Lua would be advantageous.
