Game Producer/Project Manager
Location: Bydgoszcz, Warsaw, Kraków

Your main responsibilities: 

  • planning and organizing the work of the development team,
  • keeping up with the schedule and taking care of the project’s backlog,
  • managing the quality, time and costs of the project,
  • ensuring flawless communication between project teams,
  • co-operating with the Product Manager in the planning and development of the product,
  • ensuring visibility inside and outside of project,
  • co-creating project documentation.

Our requirements: 

  • three years or more of experience in project management, preferably in a gaming or software company,
  • exceptional team and project management skills,
  • extremely strong problem solving and organizational skills,
  • great communication skills, 
  • the ability to facilitate constructive and successful meetings,
  • great proficiency in English/Polish both verbally and in writing (everyone in our studio communicates in English, but Polish language skills are definitely a plus),
  • a positive and professional attitude towards your responsibilities.
